Community Resilience Partnership (CRP) Regional Coordinators provide direct support services to communities, including project development and management, technical assistance, community engagement support, process guidance, and grant writing and management services.

About SMRCC

Southern & Midcoast Resilience Coordinator Collaborative (SMRCC) is a collaborative of four Regional Planning Organizations – Southern Maine Planning and Development Commission (SMPDC), Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG), Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission (LCRPC), and Midcoast Council of Governments (MCOG) – whose staff serve as Community Resilience Partnership Regional Coordinators.

Working collaboratively, SMRCC provides communities located in York, Southern Oxford, Cumberland, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Knox, and Southern Waldo Counties with resources to support resilience projects that can be accessed through this hub. SMRCC Regional Coordinators offer direct support services to communities in the regions they serve.

SMRCC is facilitated by Resilient Communities, L3C, a planning entity located in Knox County.
